Perfect
I wanted a longer grip for my Taurus 605. 357 Mag calls for a full grip, and the stock grip isn't for me. Mine's optic cut but I didn't want to mount one on my revolver. So I set out to get a longer grip, but the grip that stood out the most for length etc also had a laser and Taurus sells them, so they probably fit and work. Cost a littler more for the laser, but the grip is excellent and the laser effective. Grip activated - no switch. PROTIP - Taurus 605 OG grips are tricky to remove, You need exactly this - a 1/32 push pin. I bought a whole set of 7 push pins from Amazon for $9.99 delivered.

Works great!
Easy to install, works great on my 856 Defender. Your natural grip turns it on. The grip Does not cover as much of the gun as original grip. But functions well.

Great Grip!
Most importantly, the grip is comfortable and provides a better purchase on the small revolver by allowing the little finger to grasp instead of wrapping around the lower portion of the grip. Out of the box, the laser required little adjustment to zero and has remained so since initial installation. Laser activation is simple and reliably works when grasping the grip. There is an on/off switch recessed into the base of the grip which allows the user to turn the laser off during storage, saving the battery from unintentional activation. The switch is the only place where Viridian could improve, as it feels a bit weak; however, it has yet to fail after 2+ months of daily use. In short, the grip is an affordable and useful upgrade for this little revolver, and I would purchase again.

Great for Big hands.
I really enjoyed this product. The laser is easy to sight in. It does extend the length of the grip. But I have big hands. I wouldn't put this grip on a .357, I highly recommend it for .38 special.
