HKS 10-A also works but this model provides a closer hole spacing.

To me, this is the best speedloader for the Taurus 856. I tried the HKS I use for my Smith and Wesson and it was an awkward fit to the Taurus because of a larger outside diameter. The DS-A has a slightly smaller diameter and gives you a straighter alinement for easier loading.

Game changer. I purchased two of these for my Taurus 856. Very easy to load my revolver with this speed loader, no issues whatsoever. This is a must have for those who own a 856!!!!
