Lakeline fiber optic front sight works as a replacement sight for your steel front white dot sight. Fiber optic uses any ambient light to provide you a brighter sight picture. To replace the fiber, simply use a lighter to melt the ends to fit snug in the sight.

Lakeline fiber optic site
I received the product in 5 days from ordering online. It fit my Taurus G3c perfectly. There were no instructions with the site so I found a YouTube video that showed (kind of) how to change out the sites. I recommend that either instructions be included or give a reference to an online site that instructs how to change out sites.
