Works as intended. Gives little finger a place; however, I find that I shoot better without any extensions. I think that my little finger tends to torque the pistol. I did add the new Hogue grip sleeve which tames recoil remarkably.

Haven’t had the chance to fire my gx-4 since putting on the extensions but the gun feels more secure in my hand. Easy installation. Good quality.
