Great option!
I was SO glad Taurus decided to release this as a new product for the G3. This serves 2 purposes. I now have an extra slide alone with the ability to add a nice optic. It was packed well and received it surprisingly VERY quickly (less than a week). If you own a G3, this is a no-brainer in my opinion.

Great Slide at a Great Price
Purchased during the sale $124.99 instead of $149.99. I wish the conversaion slide came out much earlier in the history of the G3. So many slide milling companies and lousy sight mounted plate optics when Taurus should've just put this forth from the get go. All manufacturers should take note from Taurus because going with third party milling or removing the rear sight in place of a optic plate is just a disaster and waste of money. This product is great, easy to install. Much cheaper than the alternative.

Toro g3 conversion kit
I bought this because I wanted to put a red dot on my g3 I put my red dot on and it fit well I had a hard time getting the screws out to put the mounting plate on had to use a stronger Allen wrench to break them loose the one that come with it was not strong enough also I have not shot it yet but it seems really good if anything changes when I shoot it I will let you know. Thanks

Taurus G3/G3XL TORO CONV KIT
Quality is good and has weight to it. Had to get this instead of the G3C conversion kit because Taurus can’t seem to get the conversion kit for the pistol I actually own. Also, my kit arrived with 4 of the plate screws missing. Hope someone from Taurus actually reads this and offers a replacement. Please, please, please get the G3C conversion kit in. I’d rather use that slide instead of this one just to use my red dot.
