1. All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

2. All ammunition is sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.  We make no warranties of any kind.

 

3. We are not Amazon.  Most orders ship in 3-10 business days from the time payment is processed. If you need this ammo asap, we are not right for you. Shipments FedEx ground, at our discretion.

 

4. We are not selling ammunition to any state that has special requirements for age or license.  Please do not ask.  We will not ship to states that are listed as excluded.

 

5. Ammunition may carry various specific restrictions on sale, delivery and transport as required by local, state and federal laws and regulations. Any such laws are incorporated by reference into these T&Cs. You agree that it is your express duty to comply with all laws and restrictions that may apply to you and/or your purchase. Nothing provided herein diminishes or negates your explicit responsibility to keep informed of applicable laws and to purchase ammunition in accordance with any such laws.

 

6. You affirm that you are either at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into these T&Cs, and to abide by and comply with these T&Cs.

 

7. We reserve the right to add, change, modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any ammunition or portion of the ammunition offered at any time.

 

8. The photographs we provide are a representation of an item or of a group of items. The photograph may not match the exact item that you intend to purchase. Please make sure to read the title and description of the ammunition offered for sale.

 

 

9. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company. Damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the package.

 

10. Payments by Credit Card: We will accept credit cards payments. To reduce credit card fraud, we reserve the right to require identification of card holder.  In some cases, we may require a copy of your credit card and driver’s license.  We reserve the right to decline any credit card that doesn't meet our internal policies.  You agree not to process any charge backs for any charge that the buyer had authorized. 

 

11. Order Cancellation:  We do not accept order cancellations.  Please make sure you want the ammunition before purchase.

 

12. WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTY FOR GOODS SOLD, AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS ARE DISCLAIMED.  GOODS ARE PURCHASED AND USED AT BUYER’S OWN RISK.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, parent companies, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees (each a "Covered Party"), harmless, at your expense, against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and suits and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and other dispute resolution expenses) incurred by any Covered Party or other third party and arising out of:
    1. Your actions or omission in violation of applicable laws;
    2. Your submission of any false or misleading information;
    3. Any purchase order and/or provision of delivery instructions provided by you in violation of applicable laws;
    4. Any actions or omission taken by any Covered Party pursuant to any purchase order or delivery instruction provided by you in violation of applicable laws;
    5. Any actions or omission taken by any Covered Party in violation of applicable laws pursuant to erroneous or false information provided by you;
    6. Your use or misuse of the Ad;
    7. Your use or misuse of the ammunition; or
    8. Arising from your breach of this Agreement.
14. Feedback and Reviews: We welcome all honest and truthful feedback and reviews, but any written or spoken untruthful, unsubstantiated, or scandalous statements against us are actionable.

 

15. Choice of Law and Forum: You agree by purchasing ammunition that any agreement that arises between us will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles. You further agree that any claim or dispute you may have against us must be resolved by a court located in Decatur County, Georgia. You consent to and hereby waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within Decatur County, Georgia.
