⚠️ CRITICAL FITMENT REQUIREMENT:

• Slide/Barrel Fitment: Designed exclusively to fit 3.7-inch or longer barreled slides, natively found on the Taurus GX4 Carry and Taurus GX4 XL. Standard 3.06-inch barrel GX4 slides are too short to reach the end of the dust cover and are not recommended unless paired with a compensatory muzzle extension.

• Magazine Fitment: Natively requires 15-round Taurus GX4 Carry magazines. Flush-fit 11-round standard GX4 magazines are too short to reach inside the extended magwell.

• Holster Note: Will not fit standard polymer GX4 holsters. Requires a specialized holster designed specifically for the Mischief Machine Commander profile (such as configurations from UM Tactical or Four Brothers).

Can I drop a standard, baseline Taurus GX4 slide onto this frame?

No. The dust cover on the Commander module is extended to match the longer profile of a 3.7-inch barrel. A standard 3.06-inch GX4 slide will be too short to clear the muzzle front end safely. This is optimized directly for the GX4 Carry and GX4 XL upper assemblies.

Does this module include the internal trigger parts or pins?

No. This is a bare aluminum housing upgrade that includes the pre-installed extended magazine release, G10 panels, and backstrap. You will drop your existing factory GX4 series serialized trigger pack/fire control unit (FCU) directly into the internal pocket.
