Altamont Taurus 92/917White Pearl Grips

Easy to install and looks great

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these, but upon receiving them I was positively stunned by their lustrous appearance. These grips are remarkably attractive and enhanced the aesthetic appearance of my Stainless PT92AFS-D in exquisite fashion. The grips are obviously synthetic, yet they accurately reflect the lustrous incandescent appearance of natural pearl. The product pictures on this page don't do them justice at all, and I would happily share some pics of my own if the option were available, but if you do an image search for them online then my pictures ought to show up somewhere. (You'll know if you see them hosted on the Taurus Forums by Echo40.) I highly recommend these grips to anyone looking to dress up their PT92, particularly if it's a Stainless model, as I'm unsure how well these would pair with a matte black finish. I also highly recommend purchasing a set of spare grip screws to go with these, just incase you suffer from the all-too-common issue of the decocker retainer bushing coming out with the grip screw as I did. Fortunately, if such does occur, then you don't actually need the bushing as an ordinary grip screw will fit the same hole and the grips will hold it in place well enough so long as you have it aligned properly. Heck, you could even pitch the spring and manually reset the safety after decocking the pistol if worse came to worst.

A good looking gun needs good looking grips. Did not like the black cheep looking grips that came on the gun. As soon as the gun arrived, I got on the web sight and ordered the pearl grips. Now this 9MM looks like a $2000,00 dollar gun.

Need longer Screws

These grips look awesome on my PT92! They fit perfectly and make the firearm look stunning! They arrived fast from Taurus and am just pleased with how they fit and look. The price was right so how can you pass on a great deal. I wasn’t sure at first of how I would like the Pearl grips but after installing them I am completely satisfied!
