Do not use your pant size as a reference below, there is no standard amongst pant makers & sizing. Using your pant size will get you an incorrect fitting belt.
Measure your waist over the pants belt loops. If you're buying an EDC belt, put on what you'll be carrying.
Reference the size chart below with your measurement. If you happen to be in between sizes, go up a size.
