Ameriglo Front Night Sight & Screw

This is the third one of these sights I've bought and installed from Taurus. The sights from Ameriglo are no doubt great sights. They are definitely an improvement over the stock sight. The difference is night and day. My only complaint was the hex head screw that was sent with the sight. I believe there may be a quality control problem with Taurus (which I have read from other reviews). This hex head was definitely not as precise in size which caused problems with the tool fitting on it. The other screws worked fine but this one was a little off. I barely got my tool to fit. I could have (or really should have) filed the screw head to get a more true fit to make the installation easier. Other than that I am happy with the sight. I do like the fact that Taurus sells this sight because I can't find it nowhere else without the rear sight included in the package.

It is my 3rd sight I’ve purchased and it’s a great fit for a blacked out rear sight. Can’t beat the price.

Picked this up for my TX22 Compact, it's perfect with the blacked out stock rear sight! Taurus should make these standard from the factory!

Fit my G3c perfectly. Installation is quick and easy. I recommend using the Glock type front hex screw tool. Because regular socket does not fit or function well with the sight screw

A must have for older eyes like mine. Get the Glock tool from Taurus, you'll need it. Use RED Loctite, blue will loosen if the slide gets hot enough. There are several good videos on youtube re: installing glock front sight. If I can do it so can you.
