I have put about 150 rounds through it so far and it works flawlessly. I didn't have to do any fit or finishing. It slid right on and worked from the beginning. I haven't put a red dot on it yet. But I'm impressed that it fit and it actually fits slightly tighter than the original slide.

More like 4.5 stars :) Almost perfect!
I think it's awesome Taurus is offering this slide at this price point for what is undoubtedly an attractive carry/home defense option in the G3C. The reason I would give it 4.5 Stars instead of a perfect 5 is that one of the screws that need to be removed to get the blanking plate off the slide to install your red dot was stuck really, really bad and stripped out pretty fast. It took a little over an hour to get it out, but then it was smooth sailing to install a HS407C!

Great upgrade
This was a grate addition to the gun without spending a ton of money. Was able to mount my red dot with no issues.

G3c toro slide conversion
I loved the simplicity to install the g3c toro slide on my g3c, my first boy complaint and I wish I could give decimal point rating for the toro slide. What ever finish was a used on the toro slide needs to be changed. And scratch or blemish will remain in the toro slide.

G3C to T.O.R.O Conversion Kit
Such a simple upgrade but It's like buying a brand new Taurus. No more Red dot plates hanging off of the side of the slide and making the gun unbalanced. This is a great upgrade!

TORO Conversion kit G3X
Excellent order processing. Excellent product finish and function. Truly a universal solution for red dots of all types. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they should include higher "suppressor height" sights with this bundle, even if they have to increase the price a bit. At least offer the option. I now have to remove the stock sights (which are great, by the way) and buy higher sights. Still, it is a fantastic deal for a fantastic solution.
