Streamline your slide profile and give your target pistol a finished look with the Lakeline LLC Reinforced Polymer Fill Plate for the Taurus TX22 Competition. Designed for shooters who prefer operating their TX22 Competition with iron sights or who want to protect the barrel-mounted optic interface while running without a red dot sight, this filler plate seamlessly drops into the factory optic mounting slot. Precision-molded in the USA from fiberglass-reinforced black composite, it seamlessly matches the aggressive contours of the TX22 Competition slide to maintain proper barrel weight distribution and shield mounting threads from carbon buildup, debris, and wear.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this Lakeline fill plate require an FFL transfer?
No. Small mounting plates and polymer accessories are non-serialized firearm parts and ship directly to your home address.
Why should I install a fill plate if I am not running a red dot?
Leaving the optic mounting area bare leaves thread channels and alignment dowels exposed to carbon residue, oil, and moisture during shooting. This plate covers those surfaces and provides a flush, professional slide appearance.
Does this part include mounting screws?
The fill plate is engineered to utilize your existing factory Taurus TX22 Competition mounting hardware.
Can I install a red dot directly on top of this fill plate?
No. This is a filler cover for iron sight use. When installing a mini red dot, remove this fill plate and install the appropriate C&H Precision or factory optic adapter plate.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for a polymer filler plate accessory only. Firearm, barrel, optics, and iron sights pictured in marketing materials are NOT included.
