1791 Revolver Holster Size 1 Signature Brown RH Small Frame

Bought this 1791-brand holster direct from Taurus, for my Taurus Model 327 revolver (6-shooter wheelgun, cal 327 Fed Mag). The 327 revolver doesn't fit deep enough into this holster to cover the trigger - and doesn't fit deep into holster enough to keep the gun secured. I did a little swapping among my other revolvers and holsters, and found that my Cardini OWB leather holster for my S&W J-Model (Model 37, cal 38-Special) fits the Taurus 327 revolver perfectly. And my S&W Model 37 fits into this 1791 Size-1 holster very nicely. So, both revolvers have a happy OWB home; all is well that ends well.

Ordered one of these for a Model 856 I recently acquired. Following the intructions for firearm fitting, it just took about 10 minutes or so for the gun fit right in. Very well made holster; fits the gun well and carries well.

Bought this for my 605, followed the instructions for breaking it in, fits great and I love the way it looks, just like a snub nose should.

This holster fits the five shot S&W 642 perfectly, but will not fit a six shot Taurus 856. Other than that it's a good holster

Like any OWB holster it will not conceal under everything, but it does hide nicely under a vest carrying a Taurus 856UL. And like most OWB it is more comfortable than a comparable IWB. I’ll keep you posted in a year about durability. Would recommend, and would buy again based on current impressions.

Nice quality and break-in was easy. Looks great and gun fits perfectly after break-in. Break-in only took a few minutes following instructions.
