My friend has a Glock in 22lr for plinking. It looks cool but it is not reliable. So, I bought five Taurus TX22 because they are so reliable even though they cost less than Glock 22s. Now I am set for life in terms of cheap plinking and cheap training practice. Plus, I have a ton of magazines to last a lifetime! Thank you Taurus.

I got these as the rebate for purchasing the TX22 compact. First they were out of stock but when in stock I received the magazines fast. They work but have not shot lots of rounds through them yet. I am sure they will hold up. The TX22 is a fun gun to shoot. And you definitely need the extra magazines. 22lr is affordable for now and easy to shoot many rounds in a session.
