Revolver Scope Mount
This mount fits my Taurus 44mag 8.374” barrel perfectly. I have run over 300 heavy rounds through it and no problems. I mounted a Burris 3-12x32 scope on it, in order to use low profile rings the front of the base must be trimmed or it will hit the scope. Otherwise I would recommend medium height rings, this will clear the iron sights and the end of the base in either position a scope with an objective lens is mounted.

five minutes and its on, put a red dot on it, sturdy, yes you can easily mount a scope and yes it works just fine on a taurus model 44, locks up just perfect
