Drop up to 50 rounds into the reservoir, and a simple squeeze of the trigger feeds them into your magazine one after another, so you spend less time loading and more time shooting.

This versatile loader fills many different .22 LR magazines by using a gun-specific adapter that snaps into the loader. You must have the correct adapter for your magazine, and the loader will not work without one. How It Works

Setting up your adapter:

Choose the correct adapter for your magazine. (For some magazines, like aftermarket Ruger 10/22 mags, you’ll check whether the rimmed cartridge sits CENTERED, such as Shooters Ridge or Butler Creek, or OFF-CENTER to the left, such as RamLine or Eagle, and pick the matching adapter.) Hold the loader in your left hand and press the adapter lock with your thumb. With your right hand, hook the adapter into the top of the loader and swing the bottom into the slot. Release the lock; it pops to the locked position when the adapter is fully seated. Insert your magazine into the adapter until it latches.

Loading your magazine:

Slide open the bullet reservoir cover and drop in up to 50 rounds of .22 LR. Close the cover. Gently shake the loader, keeping it level with the reservoir cover on top. Raise the reservoir end to slide the cartridges into the loading channel. Repeat the shake-and-raise until the loading channel is filled. Raise the reservoir end and smoothly squeeze the trigger to load a round into the magazine. Let the trigger return to the nearly-out position to seat the round and stage the next one. Count your rounds so you know when to stop.

• If bullets aren’t feeding: some .22 LR cartridges are sticky with wax lube. After filling the reservoir, a light shot of Rem Oil Teflon spray lube helps. Only a small amount is needed.
• Caution: The unit is molded from Lexan. Some lubes can attack the material, so use lubricant sparingly and only as directed.
• Load smoothly rather than snapping the trigger. Quick snapping can bounce cartridges in some magazines and hook the rims the wrong way. If that happens, a firm rap on the bottom of the magazine against your palm or a book will unhook them.
• Not all magazines seat identically; you may need to apply light seating pressure against the magazine as you load.
