Bought to replace stock ramp sight on 856 Exec. FYI pin hole is sub-1/16. I dremeled down a 1/16 punch to make the change. Installation was not difficult otherwise. Some counter-pushing was required to eliminate canting. The orange insert is very prominent and easy to pick up. The low-light glow is standard dim green. I like!

Great front sight, works great for quick target acquisition!

A great front sight and extremely easy to change/install. I have the tools so I’m honest saying I had everything switched over in just a couple of minutes but some may not and if that is the case take it to a gunsmith. The sights are much easier to pick up than what came with my 856 with 2 inch barrel AND if Taurus is really listening NEEDS TO BE STANDARD EQUIPMENT NOT AN ACCESSORY ON A WEAPON THATS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS COMBAT. That’s why I choose a revolver with fixed sights for concealed everyday carry. It’s why that for the better of a 100 years the fixed sight wheel gun that LEO carried protected our streets.

Just what is needed, should be standard on the 942. Super easy to install.

Amazing product and a great enhancement to the snub 856. Easy to swap out and the gun now benefits from day glow and night dot.

Swapped out the ramped serrated front-sight on my 856-exe. Couldn't be happier. It is my designated carry-gun.
