Ameriglo Front Orange Night Sight Small Frame Revolvers

This replacement sight is easy to replace, it is priced very competitive, the orange is easy to get on target; the night sight shows up really well. I will be purchasing more of them.

Purchased to install on my new Taurus 856 Executive Grade revolver. Very easy installation process, just a 1/16" roll pin holding it in place. Green tritium vial does sit low in the orange sight, adjust point of aim accordingly.

This is a definite improvement to your sight picture. Tritium glows brightly. I put this on my 856UL, and it’s outstanding.

Really improved the short sight radius. Sight was alot easier to pick up and center in sighting groove.

Much better sight acquisition over the factory sight. The 1/16” roll pin was easy to remove using a 1/16” Starrett pin punch. Only challenge was starting the new roll pin that was included with the new sight. I recommend using a bench block to center and steady the revolver barrel while removing and replacing the sight. Like another reviewer mentioned, the tritium insert sits low and almost disappears when aligning with your rear sight. The bright orange is very easy to acquire in most light environments, especially outside in the sun. The tritium insert glows bright in the dark especially after being charged with a flashlight. The price is fair and the shipping was free, thanks Taurus!

Installed on a 942. Much quicker to pick up the front sight. Easy to install especially if you have the correct punch.
