Upgrade your daylight and low-light target acquisition with the TRUGLO Fiber-Optic Handgun Sight Set (SKU: TG131G1). Engineered with high-grade CNC-machined steel, this sight set gathers ambient light to create a ultra-bright, contrasting sight picture featuring a bright red front dot paired with dual green rear dots.

Designed with a sleek, snag-resistant profile, these sights drop seamlessly into standard holsters while giving you a faster, more intuitive draw stroke. Originally built for standard Glock dovetails, this model is a direct-fit upgrade for popular Taurus handguns equipped with factory steel sights—giving you a rugged, low-profile fiber-optic setup built for dependable everyday carry and range performance.

Key Features:

High-Contrast Fiber-Optics: Uses traditional light-gathering fiber optic tubes to create a high-visibility contrast—red front dot for fast focus and dual green rear dots for alignment.
Rugged Steel Construction: CNC-machined steel body with a tough fortress finish protection to withstand heavy slide cycling, holster wear, and field use.
Snag-Free Design: Smooth, angled geometry prevents catch points on clothing or holsters during quick draw strokes.
Concealed Fiber Design: Enclosed fiber optic channels keep light-gathering elements protected from solvent exposure and mechanical damage while keeping the bright dots visible only to the shooter.
Standard Holster Fit: Maintains a compact profile that fits standard leather, Kydex, and nylon holsters.

Firearm & Optic Compatibility:

Taurus Compatibility: Fits Taurus G3c, GX4, and Taurus G3 models specifically equipped with factory steel sights.
- Crucial Fitment Note: Will NOT fit Taurus models with original factory polymer sights due to dovetail dimension differences.
Glock Compatibility: Fits standard low-profile Glock dovetails across models 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39, and 45 (Gen 1 through Gen 5).
- Note: Will NOT fit Glock MOS (Modular Optic System) slides or slimline models like the Glock 42/43/43X.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this sight set require an FFL transfer?

No. Handgun sights, scope mounts, and iron sight accessories are non-serialized products and ship directly to your home address.

Do these sights glow in total darkness like night sights?

No. These use traditional fiber-optic tubes that gather ambient sunlight or artificial room light to glow bright. They require light to illuminate and are not radioisotope (tritium) night sights.

Can I install these sights myself?

While experienced DIY shooters can install them with a standard sight pusher tool or brass punch, professional installation by a gunsmith is recommended to prevent damage to the slide dovetail or sight finish.
